Cancellation & Refund Policy

CANCELING AN ORDER

To cancel your order, please contact us on +91- 96299 08315 OR e-mail. contact@lacosmo.in between 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. on weekdays (Mon-Fri). If your order has not been shipped then, we will make every effort to accommodate your request.

But if your order has been shipped then, we cannot authorize your cancellation.

No return or cancellation is allowed on discounted items.

 

EXCHANGE POLICY

We offer exchanges subject to the following scenarios which should be done within 2 days from the receipt of goods, at your end.

  Received defective product

  Received wrong product

  The product is not as shown on the website or does not fit

After approving your return request, we will gladly offer you an exchange and cover the cost of re-delivering to you.  All exchanges depend on availability.

  The product has a manufacturing defect but has been used, worn, or washed

 

REFUND POLICY

We do not offer refunds. Items purchased can only be exchanged for a replacement, provided they meet the return and exchange criteria.

MISSING PARCELS

Make sure you fill in your correct address when ordering from us. We cannot take responsibility for the wrong address being used for an order. E-mail us if your garments do not arrive and we’ll get in touch with our courier company to track down the package. It is safer if you can have your items delivered when you are present, so provide a secure daytime delivery address if possible.

SHIPPING (India Only)

We ship from Auroville, India so orders within India take approximately up to 6 working days.

We will ship all our orders through DTDC Courier Service.

Express shipping can be arranged with additional courier charges, (If you need express delivery please contact us via WhatsApp)
